Deliveries to the US are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL and FedEx. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be also aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 2:00 am until 2:00 pm EST, from Monday to Friday, and from 3:00 am until 12:00 pm EST on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.
